Red Button Comics (190) Introducing a character at the back of a truck

ref. While driving in the city, I saw this marvelous illustration. Unfortunately, however, I couldn't see the name of the entity on the illustration. I can't understand why the entity of the illustration gave up the opportunity to promote itself.
